In Chinese culture, peaches represent immortality and jade is a protective stone that is often gifted to the wearer to bestow good fortune and safety. I have created 33 unique peaches to emulate different types of jade and reference each year of my life that has led me here. The uniqueness of each peach acknowledges the profound and distinct chapter of each year of my lived experience and is a collective representation of the multiplicity of our human experience.
